Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • gram flour ( basan ) 300 gm


  • ghee 150 gm


  • milk 4 tspn


  • sugar 100 gm


  • mawa 50 gm


  • kewda water 2 tspn

Directions

  • in a plat take basan . add 50 ml ghee and mix it making crumble. add milk too
  • now add remaining ghee in a pan roast crumbled basan and roast till colour changes
  • in another pan add sugar and 1/2 cup water make sugar syrup. when reduced. add basan kewda water mix well . pour it into a greased tray sprinkle chopped dry fruits. cut into desired shapes
