in a plat take basan . add 50 ml ghee and mix it making crumble. add milk too
now add remaining ghee in a pan roast crumbled basan and roast till colour changes
in another pan add sugar and 1/2 cup water make sugar syrup. when reduced. add basan kewda water mix well . pour it into a greased tray sprinkle chopped dry fruits. cut into desired shapes
